Can I buy an artwork now?
The opening collection is in preparation. A product becomes available only when its formats, pricing and delivery details are confirmed. Artwork previews are not currently an offer for sale.
Are the artworks made to order?
Physical artwork is intended to be produced on demand. The materials, available sizes and production information will be stated for each released product.
Do you offer personalised artwork?
Place and story-based commissions are in development and are not currently available to order. Do not send source files through the Contact or Trade forms or by email.
Will you ship internationally?
ARKTENA is being developed for international sales. Available countries, shipping methods and charges must be confirmed for the specific product and destination before an order is accepted.
Can I enquire about a hotel, office or interior project?
Yes. Use the Trade & Interiors page to share your location, approximate artwork quantity, dimensions and desired timing. Production, pricing and delivery are confirmed after reviewing the project.
How do I choose a size or frame?
Measure the wall and consider the space around the work. When a product is released, use its stated artwork dimensions and framing details; room images should not be used as a measurement guide.
What if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact ARKTENA promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging. We will explain the evidence needed and review the appropriate remedy under the applicable policy and consumer rights.
