ARKTENA physical artwork is intended to be produced on demand. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and delivery options are controlled by the product configuration and checkout for each order.
Production and dispatch
Production timing can vary by artwork, format, size, supplier and destination. A product is not treated as having a guaranteed production or delivery time unless that commitment is shown for the specific order.
International delivery
A country or region is considered available only when checkout offers a valid delivery method for that order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available it may be provided after dispatch. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact ARKTENA promptly with the order number, packaging details and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed against supplier and carrier evidence.
Customs and import charges
Where a shipment crosses borders, taxes, duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination and how the order is supplied. Any amount collected at checkout will be shown there; charges not collected by ARKTENA may be assessed by local authorities or carriers where applicable.
